2536273e67 * tiger.c (tiger_get_info): Use a regular OID. Note that this 
breaks all TIGER generated signatures; if we want to do something
about it we have to do it in ../g10/sig-check.c .

2d432afff6 * gpg-agent.c (handle_signal): Flush cache on SIGHUP. 
* cache.c (agent_flush_cache): New.
* gpg-agent.c, agent.h: Add --keep-display and --keep-tty.
* query.c (start_pinentry): Implement them.  The option passing
needs more thoughts.

48d55024e2 * Makefile.am: Link gpg with EGDLIBS (i.e. NETLIBS) as EGD uses sockets. 
Remove the old NETLIBS variable since the keyserver stuff is no longer
internal.

4948f99eb4 * mpicoder.c (do_get_buffer): Avoid zero length allocation. 
Checked that all callers behave properly when NBYTES returns 0 as
the length of the allocated buffer.

keys must be at least v4 to carry the revocation key subpacket.  Add a PGP
2.x warning for revocation keys.

* g10.c (check_permissions): Rearrange strings to make translating easier
(don't incorporate string parts).

* keyedit.c (sign_uids): Make strings translatable.

* sig-check.c (check_key_signature2): Make string translatable.

81c8f7daca * gpgkeys_mailto.in: Add quasi-RFC-2368 mailto:email@addr?from= syntax so 
people can set their own email address to respond to.

* gpgkeys_hkp.c (get_key): Properly respond with KEY FAILED (to gpg) and
"key not found" (to user) on failure.

5c7c9fd6cd * gpgkeys_hkp.c: (search_key, handle_old_hkp_index): Try and request a 
machine-readable key index.  If the server supports this, pass it through.
If the server does not support it, parse the "index" page.
