Merge #3709 

3709: Add SDKs test in a CI r=Kerollmops a=curquiza

Add a CI running every week to run the `nightly` docker image of Meilisearch with the most "strategic" SDKs (most used, well tested, strongly typed SDK)

- meilisearch-go
- meilisearch-ruby
- meilisearch-rust
