* tools/card-call-scd.c (scd_apdu): Add more pseudo APDUs. * tools/card-misc.c (send_apdu): Handle them. * tools/gpg-card.c (cmd_factoryreset): Use lock commands. -- This is port of the code used with gpg-card-edit.
