Merge branch 'switch-to-gpgk' into master

Resolved Conflicts:

* common/asshelp.c: Keep the new code in master for spawing under
Windows.
* g10/Makefile.am: Keep all new file.
* g10/photoid.c: Pass CTRL to pct_expando.
