* configure.ac (AC_CHECK_HEADERS): Remove string.h and getopt.h. * dirmngr/ks-engine-ldap.c: Remove including getopt.h. * tools/make-dns-cert.c: Likewise. -- Checking string.h is supported by AC_HEADER_STDC.
