* agent/command-ssh.c (get_client_info): Use LOCAL_PEERCRED.

--

LOCAL_PEERUID was wrong (while there is LOCAL_PEERUUID).
For FreeBSD and macOS, we can use LOCAL_PEERCRED to get uid.
