Werner Koch 623fad67a5 * gpg-agent.c (parse_rereadable_options): New arg REREAD. Allow 
changing oLogFile.
(current_logfile): New.

* logging.c (log_set_file): Make sure the log stream will be
closed even if the stderr fileno will be assigned to a new socket.

jnlib - this is a collection of utility function which are
too small to put into a library.

libjnlib-config.h should be be modified for each project
to make these functions fit into the software.	Mainly these
are memory functions in case you need another allocator.
