Werner Koch 50ad027c9a * acinclude.m4: Removed macros to detect gpg-error, libgcrypt,
libassuan and ksba as they are now distributed in m4/.

* gpg-error.m4, libgcrypt.m4, libassuan.m4, ksba.m4: New.
* Makefile.am: Distribute them
