* configure.ac (strpbrk): Add to AC_CHECK_FUNCS. (gl_EARLY): Remove. * common/stringhelp.c (strpbrk) [!HAVE_STRPBRK]: New. * common/sysutils.c (gnupg_mkdtemp): New. Based on code from glibc-2.6. (gnupg_setenv): Rewrite.
