Justus Winter a45dc0849d gpgscm: Change associativity of ::. ...

* tests/gpgscm/scheme.c (mk_atom): Change associativity of the ::
infix-operator.  This makes it possible to naturally express accessing
nested structures (e.g. a:🅱️:c).
