5f2da5d439 tests: Skip GPGME tests that are not built. 
* tests/gpgme/wrap.scm: Skip tests that are not built.

Previously, all tests from GPGME's test suite that were not built
(e.g. because GPGME was not configured with QT) were marked as
failures.

948cca9c99 tests: Reuse GPGME's tests. 
* configure.ac (AC_CONFIG_FILES): Add new Makefile.
* tests/Makefile.am (SUBDIRS): Add new directory.
* tests/gpgme/Makefile.am: New file.
* tests/gpgme/gpgme-defs.scm: Likewise.
* tests/gpgme/run-tests.scm: Likewise.
* tests/gpgme/setup.scm: Likewise.
* tests/gpgme/wrap.scm: Likewise.
