* tests/migrations/common.scm (untar-armored): Follow the change
of with-ephemeral-home-directory.

When gpg-agent detects homedir removal, it will automatically exit.
Then, call of 'gpgconf --kill all' will fail. So, stop-agent should
be called before the removal of homedir.
