2336b09779 Generate the ChangeLog from commit logs. 
* scripts/gitlog-to-changelog: New script.  Taken from gnulib.
* scripts/git-log-fix: New file.
* scripts/git-log-footer: New file.
* doc/HACKING: Describe the ChangeLog policy
* ChangeLog: New file.
* Makefile.am (EXTRA_DIST): Add new files.
(gen-ChangeLog): New.
(dist-hook): Run gen-ChangeLog.

Rename all ChangeLog files to ChangeLog-2011.

b008274afd Nuked almost all trailing white space. 
We better do this once and for all instead of cluttering all future
commits with diffs of trailing white spaces.  In the majority of cases
blank or single lines are affected and thus this change won't disturb
a git blame too much.  For future commits the pre-commit scripts
checks that this won't happen again.

7eec2efa66 Added LIBINTL to more Makefile targets.

	* com-certs.pem: Added the current root certifcates of D-Trust and
	S-Trust.

	* status.c (write_status_begin_signing): New.

	warning.

e50c5f39cc No more warnings for AMD64 (at least when cross-compiling). Thus tehre is a 
good chance that gpg2 will now work.

by a simple check.
(putc_unlocked): Removed check.  Not used.

(xsize): Added will probably come handy soon.
(CFLAGS): Use -Wformat-security instead of
-Wformat-nonliteral. Add --Wno-format-y2k.

a22750dc1e * configure.ac: Removed OpenSC detection and options. 
* acinclude.m4: Ditto.

* scdaemon.texi: Removed OpenSC specific options.

* app-p15.c: New.  Basic support for pkcs15 cards without OpenSC.
There are quite a couple of things missing but at least I can use
my old TCOS cards from the Aegypten-1 development for signing.
* app.c (select_application): Detect pkcs15 applications.
* Makefile.am (scdaemon_SOURCES): Removed card.c, card-common.h
and card-p15.c because they are now obsolete. Added app-p15.c.
Removed all OpenSC stuff.
* command.c (do_reset, open_card, cmd_serialno, cmd_learn)
(cmd_readcert, cmd_readkey, cmd_pksign, cmd_pkdecrypt): Removed
all special cases for the old card.c based mechanisms.
* scdaemon.c, apdu.c: Removed all special cases for OpenSC.

fd2f1c8aa3 * card-common.h (struct p15_private_s): Forward declaration. Add
