David Shaw 3bcccb1666 * packet.h, mainproc.c (reset_literals_seen): New function to reset 
the literals count.

* verify.c (verify_one_file), decrypt.c (decrypt_messages): Call it
here so we allow multiple literals in --multifile mode (in different
files - not concatenated together).

David Shaw 82a8277b6c * parse-packet.c (parse_marker): New. Enforce that the marker 
contains 'P', 'G', 'P', and nothing but.  (parse): Call it here.
(skip_packet): No longer need to handle marker packets here.
