Werner Koch	2a5f61c477	Extend gitlog-to-changelog option --tear-off. ... -- It is now possible to suppress git log entries from being copied to the ChangeLog by using the option --tear-off and having a "--" line as the first line in the body (like this very log entry). Werner Koch	cd3732841d	Allow comments which will not show up in the ChangeLog ... * scripts/gitlog-to-changelog: Ignore lines after a "--" line. -- The first line with two dashes at the start of a line (optionally followed by white space) stops copying the commit log lines to the ChangeLog entry in "make dist".
