3459c6b015 First set of changes to backport the new card code from 2.0. 
For compatibility reasons a few new files had to be added.
Also added estream-printf as this is now used in app-openpgp.c and provides
a better and generic asprintf implementation than the hack we used for the
W32 code in ttyio.c.  Card code is not yet finished.

27d06166d3 * apdu.c (apdu_open_reader): Load pcsc_get_status_change fucntion. 
(pcsc_get_status): Implemented.
(reset_pcsc_reader): Implemented.
(open_pcsc_reader): Succeed even with no card inserted.
(open_ccid_reader): Set LAST_STATUS.

* iso7816.c (iso7816_select_application): Always use 0 for P1.

5bdb171026 * configure.ac: New option --disable-finger. 
* keyserver.c (keyserver_spawn): Print an empty string in log_info
if the host is not set (e.g. finger).

99cabff03f * cardglue.c (learn_status_cb): Release values before assignment 
so that it can be used by getattr to update the structure.
(agent_scd_getattr): New.

* keylist.c (print_pubkey_info): Add FP arg for optional printing
to a stream.  Changed all callers.

e369270a65 * g10.c (main): New commands --card-edit, --card-status and 
--change-pin.  New options --ctapi-driver, --pcsc-driver and
--disable-ccid
* options.h (DBG_CARD_IO): New.
* cardglue.c, cardclue.h: Enhanced.
* card-util.c: New. Taken from current the gnupg 1.9 branch.
* app-common.h, app-openpgp.c, iso7816.c, iso7816.h, apdu.c
* apdu.h, ccid-driver.c, ccid-driver.h: New.  Takem from the current
gnupg 1.9 branch withy minor changes to include directives.
* Makefile.am: Added these files.
