scd,openpgp: Switch key attributes between RSA and ECC in writekey.
* common/sexputil.c (get_rsa_pk_from_canon_sexp): Also allow private
keys.
(pubkey_algo_string): Ditto.
* scd/app-openpgp.c (do_writekey): Switch key attributes
--

The scd WRITEKEY command for OpenPGP cards missed proper support to
aautomagically switch key attributes based on the new key. We had
this only in GENKEY.

--

Note that this is not finished because we need to implement a password
callback. For now "abc" is used as passwort.

Latest libksba is also required to return the required info.

common: Provide function to get public key algo names in our format.

The new gpg format for public key algorithms is useful at other places

code we use in gpg is not based on s-expressions and thus a new
function was required.

This patch separates Libgcrypt and OpenPGP public key algorithms ids
and in most cases completely removes the Libgcrypt ones. This is
useful because for Libgcrypt we specify the algorithm in the
S-expressions and the public key ids are not anymore needed.

This patch also adds some support for PUBKEY_ALGO_EDDSA which will
eventually be used instead of merging EdDSA with ECDSA. As of now an
experimental algorithm id is used but the plan is to write an I-D so
that we can get a new id from the IETF. Note that EdDSA (Ed25519)
does not yet work and that more changes are required.

The ECC support is still broken right now. Needs to be fixed.

37df3d5f59 Change license for some files in common to LGPLv3+/GPLv2+.
Having the LGPL on the common GnuPG code helps to share code
between GnuPG and related projects (like GPGME and Libassuan). This
is good for interoperability and to reduces bugs.

b008274afd Nuked almost all trailing white space.
We better do this once and for all instead of cluttering all future
commits with diffs of trailing white spaces. In the majority of cases
blank or single lines are affected and thus this change won't disturb
a git blame too much. For future commits the pre-commit scripts
checks that this won't happen again.
