88fea6abe6 Add build script to build all components in one run. 
Run this script in the parent directory of the working copies.  It
does a VPATH build in ~/tmp/gpg-tmp/b in the right order and installs
everything below ~/tmp/gpg-tmp/.

Based on a script by Jim Meyering.
