A generated passphrase has enough entropy so that all kind of extra
checks would only reduce the actual available entropy. We thus detect
if a passphrase has been generated (and not changed) and skip all

Requirements for a passphrase to protect a private key and for a
passphrase used for symmetric encryption are different. Thus a
the use of a different pattern file will be useful. Note that a
pattern file can be used to replace the other passphrase constraints
options and thus we don't need to duplicate them for symmetric
encryption.

If requests are coming from different sources they should not share the
same cache. This way we make sure that a Pinentry pops up for a
remote request to a key we have already used locally.

This fixes a potential overflow if LFs are passed to the status
string functions. This is actually not the case and would be wrong
because neither the truncating in libassuan or our escaping is not the
Right Thing. In any case the functions need to be more robust and
comply to the promised interface. Thus the code has been factored out
to a helper function and N has been bumped up correctly and checked in
all cases.
For some uses this changes the behaviour in the error case (i.e. CR or
LF passed): It will now always be C-escaped and not passed to
libassuan which would truncate the line at the first LF.

This helps to get better debug output.
The set_error macro which is used by parse_keygrip merely sets the
error code into the Assuan context. It is thus no problem anymore to
call leave_cmd after having used set_error. This might havve been
diffferent in the past.

In standard English, the normal construction is "${XXX} allows ${YYY}
to" -- that is, the subject (${XXX}) of the sentence is allowing the
object (${YYY}) to do something. When the object is missing, the
phrasing sounds awkward, even if the object is implied by context.
There's almost always a better construction that isn't as awkward.
These changes should make the language a bit clearer.
