* common/tlv-parser.c: new.  Extend function names and provide a few
extra functions.
* common/Makefile.am (common_sources): Add new file.

* sm/minip12.c: Adjust to use the new parser API.

common: Add an easy to use DER builder. 
* common/tlv-builder.c: New.
* common/tlv.c: Remove stuff only used by GnuPG 1.
(put_tlv_to_membuf, get_tlv_length): Move to ...
* common/tlv-builder.c: here.
* common/tlv.h (tlv_builder_t): New.

Such code should actually go into libksba and we will eventually do
that.  However, for now it is easier to keep it here.

(get_tlv_length): New.

Werner Koch 37df3d5f59 Change license for some files in common to LGPLv3+/GPLv2+. 
Having the LGPL on the common GnuPG code helps to share code
between GnuPG and related projects (like GPGME and Libassuan).  This
is good for interoperability and to reduces bugs.

arg ERRSOURCE by global DEFAULT_ERRSOURCE.

Werner Koch b008274afd Nuked almost all trailing white space. 
We better do this once and for all instead of cluttering all future
commits with diffs of trailing white spaces.  In the majority of cases
blank or single lines are affected and thus this change won't disturb
a git blame too much.  For future commits the pre-commit scripts
checks that this won't happen again.
