build: Use AC_C_BIGENDIAN for detecting endian.

* acinclude.m4 (GNUPG_CHECK_ENDIAN): Remove.
* configure.ac (BIG_ENDIAN_HOST): Use AC_C_BIGENDIAN
to detect endian and set BIG_ENDIAN_HOST.
