agent: Clean up SCDaemon management.
* agent/call-scd.c (struct scd_local_s): Remove ctrl_backlink. (start_scd): Don't assign to the field. (agent_scd_check_aliveness): Fix typo in comment. Signed-off-by: NIIBE Yutaka <gniibe@fsij.org>
