scd: Format change to specify "rsa2048" for KEY-ATTR.

Browse Source 
* g10/card-util.c (do_change_keysize): Put "rsa".
* scd/app-openpgp.c (change_keyattr, change_keyattr_from_string):
Change the command format.
(rsa_writekey): Check key type.
(do_writekey): Remove "ecdh" and "ecdsa" support which was available
in experimental libgcrypt before 1.6.0.
