Silence compiler warning about deprecated Libgcrypt symbols 

* configure.ac (AH_BOTTOM): Define GCRYPT_NO_DEPRECATED.

Some gcc versions emit deprecated warning for such flagged Libgcrypt
symbols; even if they are not used.
