gpgscm: Mmap script files.

* tests/gpgscm/main.c (load): Try to mmap the script.
* tests/gpgscm/scheme.c (scheme_load_memory): New function, a
generalization of 'scheme_load_string'.
* tests/gpgscm/scheme.h (scheme_load_memory): New prototype.
