g10: Fix memory leaks.

* g10/keydb.c (keydb_get_keyblock): Free 'sigstatus' and 'iobuf'.
* g10/t-keydb-get-keyblock.c: Fix trivial memory leaks.
* g10/t-keydb.c: Likewise.
