scd:p15: Emit MANUFACTURER, $ENCRKEYID, $SIGNKEYID.

* scd/app-p15.c (read_ef_tokeninfo): Store manufacturer_id.
(do_getattr): Implement MANUFACTURER, $ENCRKEYID and $SIGNKEYID.
(send_keypairinfo): Also print usage flags.
