* delete.c: New.
* gpgsm.c: Made --delete-key work. * server.c (cmd_delkeys): New. (register_commands): New command DELKEYS. * decrypt.c (gpgsm_decrypt): Print a convenience note when RC2 is used and a STATUS_ERROR with the algorithm oid.
