dirmngr: Minor cleanup of the SRV RR code.

* dirmngr/dns-stuff.c: Include unistd.h.
(getsrv): Run srand only once.
* dirmngr/t-dns-stuff.c (main): Allow passing another name for --srv
and change output format.
