gpgtar: Simplify code by using ccparray.

* tools/gpgtar-create.c (gpgtar_create): Use ccparray functions.
* tools/gpgtar-extract.c (gpgtar_extract): Ditto.
* tools/gpgtar-list.c (gpgtar_list): Ditto.
