gpgconf: Change layout of the gpgconf -X output.

* tools/gpgconf.c (list_dirs): Change the config mode output.
(my_copy_file): Adjust output for org-mode style.
(show_configs_one_file): Ditto.
(show_other_registry_entries): Ditto.
(show_registry_entries_from_file): Ditto.
(show_configs): Ditto.
