* preset-passphrase.c (preset_passphrase): Do not strip off last
	character of passphrase.
	(make_hexstring): New function.
	* command.c (cmd_preset_passphrase): Use parse_hexstring to syntax
	check passphrase argument.  Truncate passphrase at delimiter.
