build: Also cleanup generated html file in a make distcheck

* doc/Makefile.am (myman_pages): Add gpg and gpgv.
(USE_GPG2_HACK): Remove conditional.
(myhtmlman_pages): New.
(DISTCLEANFILES): Add html pages.
