* g10/keyedit.c (menu_adduid): Add new arg uidstring.  Adjust caller.
(keyedit_quick_adduid): New.
* g10/gpg.c (aQuickAddUid): New.
(opts):  Add command --quick-adduid.
(main): Implement that.
