(main): New option --allow-mark-trusted.
* trustlist.c (agent_marktrusted): Use it here.

* gpg-agent.texi (Agent Options): Add --allow-mark-trusted.

* gpgconf-comp.c: Add --allow-mark-trusted for the gpg-agent.
