g10: Defer selection of decryption key at proc_encrypted.
* g10/mainproc.c (struct kidlist_item): Remove REASON. Add DATA. (release_list): Release DATA. (proc_pubkey_enc): Don't get DEK here. (print_pkenc_list): Don't output failure reason here. (proc_encrypted): Get DEK here, and output failure reason. -- Signed-off-by: NIIBE Yutaka <gniibe@fsij.org>
