* scdaemon.c: New options: oSystemDaemon, oSystemSocket.
	(main): New local variables: is_system_daemon, system_socket, set
	variables during parsing.
	(main): Don't parse default config if oSystemDaemon is given on the commandline.
	Implemented basic "system-daemon" logic.
