* iobuf.c (fd_cache_strcmp): New. Taken from 1.4.
(fd_cache_invalidate, fd_cache_close, fd_cache_open): Use it.
* exechelp.c (gnupg_spawn_process): Implement new flag bit 6.
* sysutils.c (gnupg_allow_set_foregound_window): Allow the use of
ASFW_ANY.
