Since `@irevoire` add the `.git` folder in the Dockerfile, no need to compute `COMMIT_SHA` and `COMMIT_DATE` in the CI.
Can you confirm `@irevoire?`
Also, update some CIs using `checkout@v1` to `checkout@v2`
