aptenodytes: Drop the old server - end of an era!

The host aptenodytes was my first gentoo server which was at running at
least since november, 2015. I learned much running and expanding it part
by part, and it was moved by the host a few times onto newer hardware.
In the end all my services scattered amongst other machines, so
farewell, old penguin!
