Revert "pachyrhynchus: Disable CONFIG_MTRR" to fix the boot process
For possible future investigations: If CONFIG_MTRR is disabled entirely the device resets / restarts in the boot process. It might be issued by the initrd (which can't show the LUKS password prompt). There is no LED blinking that would usually indicate a kernel panic. This reverts commit e1bcf12cde2d2d888b417a151b6821098cd86c06.
