bobwya e796fbd7ac Modify & fix to all ebuilds

Correct references to openrc & systemd units in restructured /files folder
Add reference to systemd pre-exec setup script (btsync_setup)
Add commented reference to new macro: systemd_newuserunit (currently in Portage Git tree)
Corrected install systemd user unit (using workaround at present)

Chymeric Gentoo Overlay

An overlay for Gentoo, with various packages chiefly maintained by TheCyhmera. The repositiry sstructure is somewhat based on that of the gentoo science overlay, and we also use thin manifests.
