Subject: [PATCH] Ignore files created by `\tikzexternalize`

When using TikZ & PGF with:
`\usepackage{tikz} \usetikzlibrary{external} \tikzexternalize`
It creates .dpth and .md5 files for the externalized tikzpictures.
