Jonas Bardino	71e7d66460	Accepted or addressed almost all the main points from both outstanding pull requests. ... Fixed a couple of typos. Added Kasper Laudrup to contributors list - thanks, Kasper! Still a bit in doubt about the precise interpretation of "evenings at home". The German translation is straight forward, so that remains my best bet for now.
